Authenticity

Each work is accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity issued by A Rowan Gallery.

This documentation records the artwork’s title, edition information, medium, and serves as a permanent record of the work.

Collector Satisfaction

If a work does not meet your expectations, it may be returned in its original condition within 10 business days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping, insurance, and safe transit of the artwork remain the responsibility of the collector.

Please contact the gallery prior to arranging a return so that appropriate handling and delivery details can be provided.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be collected where required by law.

Collectors who hold a valid tax-exempt certificate must provide documentation prior to invoicing in order for the exemption to be applied.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees as determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the collector. For more information regarding our international shipping policy, visit our Shipping & Delivery page.

Payment

Payments may be made by approved credit cards, Venmo, or PayPal.

Crypto, PayPal, Venmo, wire transfer, or check payments are available by arrangement with the gallery.

All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars.

Payment plans may be available for select works. Please inquire for details.

Release of Artwork

Works are released for shipment or collection once payment has been received in full.

Condition

All works are produced to archival standards and are carefully inspected prior to release.

Framed Works

Framed works are prepared using conservation materials and are intended for long-term display under appropriate conditions. For

Title Retention (for payment plans)

In the case of a payment plan, ownership transfers upon receipt of final payment. Artwork will not be shipped until payment is made in full.
