Shipping & Delivery
Each work is prepared, documented, and packed with the same level of care given to its production. All orders are handled individually to ensure safe transit and archival protection.
Editioned works are typically completed and released for shipment within 2–4 weeks. You will receive a tracking notification directly from the carrier once the work has entered transit.
Should production or shipping conditions require additional time, the gallery will contact you promptly.
Packaging Standards
Standard-size works are shipped flat in archival enclosures
Oversized works may be shipped in museum-grade tubes or custom-built containers
All framed works are packed using fine-art handling protocols
Each shipment is prepared to protect the work from vibration, moisture, and handling during transport.
Domestic Shipping — United States
Shipping within the United States is available through FedEx and USPS.
Available services:
Ground — uninsured, no signature required · $38
Ground — uninsured, signature required · $48
Ground — insured, signature required · $48 + insurance
FedEx Two-Day — uninsured, signature required · $68
FedEx Two-Day — insured, signature required · $68 + insurance
Insurance (optional):
Loss and damage liability coverage is available at 2% of the declared value and is provided under the gallery’s fine-art policy.
For higher-value works, insured shipment with signature confirmation is strongly recommended.
International Shipping
International shipments are handled via FedEx International with signature required.
Flat rate: $148
Optional insurance: 2% of declared value
Collectors are responsible for any import duties, VAT, taxes, or brokerage fees required by the destination country.
The gallery will provide all necessary customs documentation to ensure accurate declaration and safe transit.
Oversized Works
Oversized works may require:

Any such costs will be confirmed with the collector prior to shipment.
White Glove Delivery
White glove delivery and installation coordination are available for:
Framed works
Large-scale pieces
Corporate or institutional placements

Release & Delivery Timing
Works are released for shipment only after:
Full payment has been received
Production and inspection are complete
Delivery dates can be coordinated for time-sensitive acquisitions whenever possible.
Tracking
A tracking link will be issued by the carrier at the moment of dispatch.

Scheduled delivery windows
Consolidated shipments
Hand delivery (regionally, when available, and subject to private transportation / installation fees)
